Your exclusive city tour can start on any desired day between 08:00 and 21:00. Simply contact us and tell us which time of day you would prefer.
Start & End
We will meet you at the stone guard house in front of the Tourist Information office in the New Town Hall. Our tours usually end centrally near Odeonsplatz or Marienplatz, depending on your personal plans.

We will be on tour for about 2 hours. We'll be happy to adjust the duration of your individual tour. Please let us know about your plans.

When do you offer the tour?
Our private walking tours can take place on every day between 9 a.m. and late in the evening. Please contact us and tell us about your plans.
How long is the tour and what is the itinerary?
Our walking tours take between 90 minutes and two hours. They don't always follow the same path, but here is an example for a possible itinerary: Starting from Marienplatz, our two-hour walk will take us to the impressive churches of St. Peter and Holy Spirit, the bustling Viktualienmarkt, the former imperial residences, the Hofbräuhaus beer hall to the beautiful opera.
Where do we meet? Where does the tour end?
We will meet you on Marienplatz which should be easy to find. You will find us at the stone guard house in front of the Tourist Information office in the New Town Hall.
Our tours usually end centrally near Odeonsplatz or Marienplatz, depending on your personal plans.
What are the costs? How do we pay?
The group rate for our private 2-hour walking tour is EUR 249,- incl. VAT.
You can pay cash/via credit card as we meet, or we can provide you with an invoice for comfortable bank transfer.
What about the weather?
We run our tours rain or shine, so please dress appropriately for the weather conditions. You will see that Munich is always beautiful, rain, shine or snow. Should we need to cancel a tour due to extreme weather conditions (e.g. hurricane), we will of course inform you in time.
Is the tour suitable for children and seniors?
On our tours, everyone is welcome! You can bring a stroller and your walking aids, no problem, and we will make sure to walk at a pace that the whole group feels comfortable with.
Can we book a food tour?
Yes, certainly! We can always add culinary packages to your walking tour, such as a Bavarian Weißwurst breakfast, a fresh snack from the Viktualienmarkt or some beer with scrumptious pretzels. Simply contact us, and we will be happy to help.
How can we customize our tour?
You have some great ideas for your individual Munich experience, and you are looking at customising your tour? No problem! Simply contact us and tell us about your plans.
Is there a maximum number of guests?
Roughly speaking, up to 25 people can go in one group. For larger groups, or on those days where we simply know that the city will be extremely crowded, we suggest that we form smaller groups by booking additional guides.
What is not included?
On our basic walking tour, there will be no additional costs. If you would like to customise your tour, and depending on the tour that you are choosing, there might be an extra charge for public transport, food and drinks or tickets.
